Investment: $150 per individual session and $180 per couples session.

I am an out of network mental health provider.

If you would like to pursue insurance reimbursement I am able to provide you with a superbill each month for you to then submit to your insurance. Please check with your insurance company about your specific plan’s out of network mental health benefits. Many of my clients are able to get reimbursement from their insurance for their sessions by submitting a superbill.

Working with an out of network provider is beneficial for the following reasons:

• - Insurance doesn’t get to decide how often you are allowed to receive treatment.

  - Keeps your information completely confidential by no longer needing to prove medical necessity to insurance companies through the sharing of a specific diagnosis, or documentation.

• - Prevents unexpected billing issues, or clawbacks, which can lead to lapses in treatment.

• - Allows your care to be more personalized rather then unnecessarily structured.
